Hollywood to Buy Man Cup??

4.60 racer and media mogul Broderick “Hollywood” Jackson revealed that he is deep into talks with Jay Regan to purchase the Manufacturers Cup series, also known as the Man Cup. “Nothing’s signed yet, but I expect something to happen this week,” reported Jackson.

“Yes, Broderick and I have talked about it,” said Regan, who didn’t seem ready to run to the bank just yet. “We haven’t drawn anything up yet, and I’m still planning for a 2023 season.” But there was still a healthy “We’ll see,” attitude in Regan’s voice, and he seemed pleased with the idea that Hollywood was serious.

Hollywood, in fact, is so serious that he revealed to me a proposed schedule: Opening the season in Valdosta in April, followed by Bowling Green, Indy, then another Bowling Green race and the finals in Valdosta.

Needless to say, new media savvy leadership of this major motorcycle drag racing series is big news. Hollywood’s serious foray into media production could be seen in the trick set-up he had at this weekend’s Trick-Tools MotorcycleMania at Eddyville Raceway Park.

Just part of the trick set-up Hollywood used to stream MotorcycleMania live.

Hollywood’s MotorcycleMania Sunday live stream:

Eatmyink will stay on top of this breaking news and have thorough coverage of the great Trick-Tools MotorcycleMania!
